Output Quality Self-Check
Before presenting the meeting notes, verify:
- Every action item has an owner: No orphan tasks with "TBD" owners (suggest an owner if unclear)
- Every action item has a due date: If not mentioned, flag it: "No due date mentioned -- schedule within 48 hours"
- Decisions include rationale: Each decision says WHY, not just WHAT was decided
- Timeline conflicts checked: All deadlines compared against PRDs, previous meetings, and known dates
- Experiment details prompted: If "A/B test" or "test both" was decided, missing experiment design is flagged
- Context cross-reference done: At least one check against PRDs, strategy, or previous meetings was performed
- Key quotes are verbatim: Customer quotes use exact wording from transcript, not paraphrased
- Sensitive content flagged: If confidential topics detected, recommendation to mark as internal-only is included
- File saved correctly:
