Use String.replace for literal replacements

Use String#replace for literal substrings instead of replaceAll unless regex is required.

Why this matters

Avoids regex overhead and escaping bugs.

Avoid

"a.b".replaceAll(".", "-")

Prefer

"a.b".replace(".", "-")

Bad

s.replaceAll("foo", "bar")
